Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Alta E-Solutions for IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all services including secure data destruction, hard drive shredding, IT asset disposition, electronics recycling, asset recovery, white glove services, logistics, and data center decommissioning.

Services Provided

Alta E-Solutions provides secure data destruction and hard drive shredding, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services, electronics recycling and e-waste management, IT asset recovery and refurbishing, white glove services and logistics, data center decommissioning services, and asset remarketing and buyback programs. All services are provided in accordance with applicable Canadian federal and Ontario provincial laws and regulations, including PIPEDA and Ontario's Environmental Protection Act.

Data Security and Confidentiality

We maintain the highest standards of data security throughout our processes. All data-bearing devices are processed according to NIST 800-88 guidelines. Certificates of destruction are provided for all data-bearing assets. Chain of custody documentation is maintained from pickup through final disposition.

Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for identifying data-bearing assets, providing accurate asset inventories, ensuring authorized personnel approve disposition activities, and maintaining appropriate backup copies of any data they wish to retain before assets are submitted for disposition.
